Pande Gas Field District
This RSDD-H satellite image drilling activity has been successful on our large central anomaly (dark orange/black tones). There is very little drilling on our low prospectivity zones (pale tones). Further untested exploration prospects are evident in the image’s additional strong, dark tone anomalies.
The interpreted RSDD-H prospectivity map of the same Greater Pande Gasfield District image (pictured right) shows an appealing exploration and appraisal prospect inventory. In particular, it seems probable that the NW Pande Lead Area 8 and its key, low risk, Prospect 2 (generally coincident with a Sasol seismic structure lead) will provide new gas discoveries. The pattern of several of the other mapped Prospects and Leads suggests that stratigraphic plays also await exploration here.
